Patch Test – A 24/48h patch test is required for Tinting, Lash Lift & Lash Extensions. Having a COVID-19 vaccine is classed as a change in medical history (its advised that you wait 2 weeks after you have received the vaccine before completing a patch test and having a treatment). A positive COVID-19 Test is classed as a change in medical history. A change in medical history requires a Patch Test to be carried out (i.e. new medication). Failure to have a patch test will result in the treatment having to be rescheduled and a charge maybe be incurred.
Health – Please inform us if you have any health concerns that you believe may affect the treatment you have booked. Please fill in the form provided in order to understand your needs and perform your treatments better.
Parental Consent – If the person you are booking for is under the age of 16, they will need a parent or guardian present throughout the whole treatment. In the absence of a parent or guardian present throughout the whole treatment, the treatment will have to be rescheduled at a time that is suitable for a parent or guardian to be there for a charge may be incurred.
Refunds – If you are not happy with any of your treatments, please make me aware of it before you pay. I will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied, I can rectify or improve the outcome.
Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Removal – If you want me to soak off another salons work its £15 add on up to an hour for acrylic, £5 each half hour thereafter if it takes longer! Please remove normal polish applied by yourself before your appointment.
Cancellations – Appointments can be cancelled 48 hours in advance by calling or texting 07810543618. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice so that I have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on my waiting list. I understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it’s not always possible to give adequate notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, I reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment, if you don’t pay up you will not be rebooked with me!
If you are late for an appointment, please note that your treatments may beed to be adjusted to suit the amount of time there is left.
